Tennessee U.S. Rep. Blackburn attacks EPA contest and its authority to regulate greenhouse gases
WASHINGTON — U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn , R-Tenn., has written to President Obama asking him to stop the EPA from offering a $2,500 prize for YouTube videos and said in an article published today that the agency should not be permitted to regulate greenhouse gases.
