CRIMORA — C. Matthew Wertman , a student at Wilson Memorial High School, received a $1,000 scholarship award during Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative’s 19th annual competition. The winners were chosen from a pool of 39 applications that SVEC received from 12 different area high schools.
