Bill would increase liability cap for companies after oil spills
WASHINGTON – Rep. Artur Davis joined other Democrats today in introducing a bill to increase the economic damages oil companies must pay when they’re responsible for accidents like the massive oil spill threatening the U.S. coastline along the Gulf of Mexico.
