			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Feuer Leads Vote Against Boy Scouts, Sacramento Dems Refuse to Honor 100th Anniversary</b><br />
San Gabriel Valley &#8211; Democrats of the Assembly Judiciary Committee Tuesday blocked a resolution to honor the Boy Scouts of America for their nearly 100 years of service to the country on a party-line vote in which seven Democrats won 7 to 3, Committee Chairman, West Hollywood Assemblyman Mike Feuer said that he opposed the resolution because “gays are not allowed to serve as troop leaders.”</p>
