A Troy woman was killed in a car accident just before 9:00 Saturday morning in Schaghticoke. Catherine F. Carroll, 83, of Fogarty Road, was driving on State Route 40 when she failed to yield to a Mack truck, according to a statement released by New York State Police.</p>
