Greenville’s Ellis chosen for international tourney
James Ellis of Greenville has been selected to compete in the Optimist International Junior Golf Championships, which runs Thursday through Aug. 1. The tournament will be held at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach, Fla. Ellis will compete in the boys’ 16-18 age division.
