Library awarded grant for equipment
U.S. Senators Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor and U.S. Representative Marion Berry have officially announced that the Forrest City Public Library will receive a $4,000 USDA Rural Development grant to help purchase several new pieces of equipment.

The Arlene Cherry Memorial Library in Cabot recently completed its summer reading program. The themes for this year’s programs were “Make a Splash at Your Library” for younger children and “Make Waves at Your Library” for older children.
