Charlie Sheen has dodged a jail term under a new plea deal yesterday at Pitkin County District Court in Aspen, Colorado. Sheen pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic violence, for the Christmas Day incident at an Aspen resort where the actor was vacationing with wife, Brooke Mueller and their children.
